We can today confirm that Erin Clachers has returned to Glasgow City from her loan at Hibernian after sustaining a hip injury that will rule the goalkeeper for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.
The 25-year-old - who made 20 appearances for Hibs, keeping 11 clean sheets - was forced off in a Scottish Women's Premier League match against Celtic at New Douglas Park last month.
Erin, whose good form in Edinburgh saw her feature in Scotland international squad's this season, has now undergone scans which have revealed the extent of the hip injury, and she will return to City where she will undergo her rehab.
