We are back on league duty this weekend and it is set to be a special occasion as we celebrate our 500th game in the SWPL when we welcome Hibernian to Petershill Park.
In our first match of the split, it is a clash of the SWPL's top-two, with City sitting atop of the table thanks to goal difference with both sides level on 54 points going into the contest.
Last time out
We are back in SWPL action after our 3-2 win over Hearts in the quarter-finals of the Scottish Cup. Goals from Nicole Kozlova, Lisa Forrest and Kimberley Smit cancelling out Bayley Hutchison's brace for the Jambos as we booked a semi-final tie against Motherwell to take place next month at Hampden.
Our last league match before the split saw Leanne Ross and her side prevail with an important 4-0 win against Motherwell at the Peasy.
It was a match of few chances until the opener arrived minutes before half-time when Brenna Lovera fired home from close range.
The first 20 minutes of the second half played out in a similar fashion to the first, but substitute Forrest impressively doubled our advantage in the 70th minute.
A brace from Natalia Wróbel, with the goals coming in the 79th and 86th minute, rounded off proceedings on home turf.
