As Head of Player Development, you will be responsible for player development across the Glasgow City Elite Academy and the Glasgow City First Team.
Working within the club's game model you will lead the talent identification and development system for the growth of coaches and players within the Academy, with the purpose of producing players to graduate to the Glasgow City First Team.
You will also work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary First Team staff to design and implement the individual development plans of the First Team professional players.
