Glasgow City are excited to share the signing of Irish forward, Kelly Brady from newly promoted WSL side Crystal Palace.
Before signing for Palace, the 24-year-old had a prolific spell for Athlone Town.
The New Yorker finished as the top scorer in the 2025 League of Ireland Women's Premier Division with 26 goals in all competitions and capped off a memorable campaign with a hat-trick in the FAI Cup final to help Athlone lift the trophy. Her outstanding season was recognised with the Women's Personality of the Year award at the Soccer Writers Ireland Awards.
Kelly's impressive breakthrough campaign earned her her first call-up to the Republic of Ireland squad in November 2025.
On signing for Glasgow City Kelly said:
“I’m thrilled to join Glasgow City. I look forward to competing at the top of the table with this team and hopefully bringing more hardware to the club!”
Glasgow City Head Coach Leanne Ross on signing Kelly:
"I'm really happy to add somebody with Kelly's prowess in front of goal to the squad and she is a player we have admired for a long time.
We knew over the summer that it was an area of the squad we wanted to strengthen and Kelly undoubtedly does that."
