''We can confirm that we have reached an agreement on the transfer of defender Lana Golob to Portuguese side FC Porto.''
Lana signed from Italian side Bologna last summer and was a regular feature in the heart of the defence as we claimed a record equaling seventh Sky Sports Cup, she would score on her final appearance for the club during a 6-0 victory over Rangers on the final day on the 2025/26 season.
A Slovenian international Lana will now continue her career with the newly promoted side as they prepare for a first season in the top flight.
Lana had the following message to share with supporters.
