After finishing top of the bottom six, Spartans are aiming to be part of the top six post-split this season.
Lauren Berman and Tegan Browning have both joined the club in the summer.
After a tough start to the season where Spartans picked up only one point from their opening five matches, the Edinburgh side are unbeaten in their last three matches and currently sit in ninth place.

Glasgow City won both matches between the sides last season keeping clean sheets in both games.
At Petershill Park last August, City won 7-0 with Clare Shine scoring a hat-trick in an opening day victory while the meeting in January was Leanne Ross’s first league game in charge and saw Lauren Davidson score twice in a 4-0 victory.
