It was another frustrating afternoon for City as we fell to an injury time 3-2 loss against Hibernian at Meadowbank after coming back from two goals behind at the break.

City opened the match with intensity and created early chances through Natalia Wróbel and Emily Whelan as we continued to push the tempo, shutting down Hibs' build-up play and limiting their opportunities to cross the halfway line.
But it would be the hosts that would break the deadlock against the run of play 29 minutes into the opening half. A corner kick led to a contentious penalty decision which Eilidh Adams tucked away.
City responded with Kimberley Smit threading a long-range pass to Amy Muir on the right. Amy drove into the box, cut inside and unleashed a promising curling effort, but the shot landed in Rowena Armitage's hands.
Hibs would double their lead through a well take Kathleen McGovern strike after it looked as if Linda Motlhalo was fouled on the edge of the area.
Fresh legs were introduced at the break and both made an immediate impact. Abi Harrison powered home a header to close the deficit and ignite a City charge. Buoyed by the momentum, City continued to push forward and Harrison was denied when a deflection put her effort onto the bar.
A second would come as fellow substitute Codie Thomas slotted the ball into the corner to draw the sides level following a Harrison knock back.
With both teams pushing for a winner, the momentum swung end to end. Hibernian threatened on several occasions, but their attempts were denied by Lee before Em had a spilled effort nearly capitalised on by Lisa Forrest.
However, it would be the hosts though that would get the winner in injury time as with City pressing hard Tegan Bowie got on the end of a Hibernian counter to slot home.
