The Opposition:

Partick Thistle have a few familiar faces in their squad with Jordan McLintock and Taylor Fisher some of the ex-City players in their squad.
Previous Meetings:
Glasgow City and Partick Thistle met for the first time in the club’s history’s last season with five meetings in total. City won all five with two goal victory margins in all three SWPL games however, Partick took the lead in the first meeting between the sides.
In the cups, City were comfortable 5-0 winners in the SWPL Cup Quarter Final but it was much tighter in the Scottish Cup Semi Final at the Falkirk Stadium with City needing a late goal to take a two goal lead and book a place in the Final.
