Following the signing announcements of Ruby Seaby and Leah Lane you may have noticed a new location on our ever expanding content map of Glasgow.
Springburn Auditorium, is an upcycled community arts and events venue located in the heart of Springburn Park. Located just a short walk from our home at Petershill its crowning element, an amphitheatre built from forty reclaimed pianos.

As well as playing host to the shoots for both Ruby and Leah, the venue regularly holds community events, screenings and upcycling workshops, which the club has donated kit and materials for as both sides look to strengthen our connection in the weeks and months to come.
Cheyenne, one of the Auditorium directors, is looking forward to seeing the relationship grow.
''We are very excited to link up with Glasgow City FC, supporting a local team and women-led organisation that cares about making a positive impact on their community.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we strive to provide accessible opportunities that make a difference to our community and their wellbeing.
With the prevalence of gender inequality in sports, we value Glasgow City FC's commitment on LGBTQ+ inclusion, promoting equality and girl's and women's rights.
It was great fun seeing the girls unveiled for the first time in our space, talk passionately about their team and working with them. One of our board members already regularly attends their football matches - now we look forward to bringing our communities closer together.''
A full calendar of events at the Auditorium for this coming month can be found here and as a club we look forward to working with them in championing community in our local area and we can't wait to welcome their members to The Peasy when the season begins.
