Following an action-packed and memorable 2025/26 season, several Glasgow City players will now represent their home nations during the upcoming international window.
Scotland - Amy Muir and Lee Gibson
The Scotland national team continue their 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup qualifying campaign as they head off to Hungary, with Amy Muir and Lee Gibson in the mix.
Scotland currently sit top of their qualifying group following a double-header against Belgium in April, with both encounters ending level.

Slovenia - Lana Golob
Lana Golob has earned another call-up to represent Slovenia for the latest round of FIFA Women's World Cup qualifiers.
After facing injury during the last international window, Lana returned to action in our final ScottishPower Women's Premier League match of the season against Rangers. The defender made an immediate impact, opening the scoring inside the first 10 minutes.
Now back on the pitch, Lana joins the Slovenia squad as they prepare for challenging fixtures against Austria and Germany.

Poland - Natalia Wróbel
Natalia Wróbel has earned a place in Poland's national squad for the latest round of FIFA Women's World Cup qualifiers.
Currently fourth in their group, Poland face a tough challenge as they come up against the top two sides- leaders, the Netherlands and second-placed France.
Poland claimed a 2-2 draw against the Dutch in their most recent meeting, while France secured a 4-1 victory when the sides met in April.

South Africa - Linda Motlhalo
Linda Motlhalo joins the South Africa Women's National Team for a pair of international friendlies against Japan in Osaka.
The midfielder heads into camp on the back of a successful previous international window, where she captained Banyana Banyana to consecutive victories over Algeria.

Finland U23 - Sofia Määttä
Sofia Määttä has been selected for Finland's U23 squad for a series of international friendlies against Portugal, Brazil and South Korea.
In the February international window, Finland faced Portugal in a double-header, drawing 1-1 whilst also securing a 3-1 victory. During the April window, the side continued their series of friendlies with a 3-0 win over Iceland before narrowly falling 1-0 to France.
