We signed off from duty at Petershill Park for 2025 with an impressive 7-0 win over Hamilton Accies in the ScottishPower Women's Premier League.
Lisa Forrest netted five sensational goals, Louisa Boyes bagged her first goal for City and Abi Harrison also got herself on the scoresheet late on at the Peasy.
The three points in our penultimate match before the winter break ensures we will go into the festive period sitting top of the table, regardless of next week's result away to Hearts at the Oriam.
Match Action from Petershill Park
Six changes were made from last weekend's Scottish Cup win, with Lee Gibson, Lana Golob, Louisa Boyes, Emily Whelan, Mebae Tanaka, and Nicole Kozlova all coming into the XI.
It was a fast start from City with our first foray forward inside the opening two minutes resulting in Boyes being taken down in the box by visiting goalkeeper Abigail Paton, with the referee immediately pointing to the penalty spot.
Forrest stepped up for the spot-kick and found the bottom corner from 12 yards out, with Paton's touch unable to divert it away the target.
We went close again with not even 10 minutes on the clock, with a pass being played across the face of goal that found Tanaka, who saw her powerful drive blocked by the Accies defence.
It was 2-0 by the 15th minute when Forrest bagged her brace. She was played through by Kozlova, before finding the back of the net with a shot that came off the inside of the post.

Midfielder Natalia Wróbel looked to get in on the goal-scoring action, but she saw her curling strike from outside the box gathered by goalkeeper Paton.
Our No.10 had another ago inside the final 10 minutes of the first half, with another curling effort - this time from an angle 25 yards out down the right flank - that was once again collected by the visiting goalkeeper.
The visitors' only real chance of the first half saw Josi Giard try to unleash a strike from just outside the area, but a well-timed block by Lana Golob ensured the striker's effort did not trouble Lee Gibson.
At the other end, Tanaka burst into the final third and hit a powerful shot towards goal, that was saved by an outstretched Paton.
Our first opportunity of the second half fell to Kozlova, who powered into the box and struck a shot goalwards, which was blocked by Accies defender Freya Macdonald.
Kozlova went close to getting herself on the scoresheet just before the hour mark, as she met a delightful ball sent in by Emma Brownlie, who had linked up well with Whelan down the right flank, but our forward's header was palmed away by a diving Paton in the Accies goal.

And she was denied by the visiting goalkeeper once more soon after, as this time her rebounded shot from a few yards out was bundled to safety by Paton.
At the other end, City were called into defensive action when Accies looked to hit us against the run of play and the move did see Chloe Docherty get a shot away, yet, it was blocked by Brownlie.
We would add a third with 20 minutes left to go, with Boyes netting her first for City in impressive fashion, unleashing a strike from outside the box which dipped over the goalkeeper and into the back of the net.
Forrest would score twice more, increasing her tally to four this afternoon, firstly by heading home from a few yards out, before a great slotted finish after being found by a delightful through pass into the box.
And she was not done. Our No.7 netted her fifth and our final of the match, tapping home a cross from Abi Harrison at the back post - capping off a sensational solo performance.
Harrison soon turned goal scorer herself in injury time, as she drilled the ball home after receiving the cut back from Lisa Evans.
